What is your minimum order quantity?+
Our minimums are built for launch brands, not just established lines. Every project is scoped to your category, format, and target volume. Tell us what you want to produce and we will come back with a run size and price that make sense for where your brand is today.
How long does it take to go from concept to finished product?+
It depends on the formula and the compliance path for your category. Sampling usually moves in weeks, not months. Once you approve your formula and artwork, production is scheduled and your timeline is locked in. We map the full schedule with you during the discovery call.
What is the difference between white label, private label, and contract manufacturing?+
White label means you launch on a proven formula from our library, with your brand on the can. Private label means we develop a custom formula that is exclusive to your brand. Contract manufacturing, also called co-packing, means we produce a formula you already own. Kings Crest offers all three under one roof, and we will help you pick the right path on your first call.
Do I need to have my own formula?+
No. You can bring a finished recipe, a benchmark product you want to match, or just a direction. Our team develops the flavor system, strength, and blend, then samples with you until it is right. If you already have a formula, we can match it and scale it.
What kinds of pouches can you manufacture?+
Three categories: tobacco-free nicotine pouches, caffeine and energy pouches, and supplement or nootropic pouches. All three are produced in the same FDA-registered Florida facility with full batch traceability.
Who owns my formula and my brand?+
You do. Your formulas, artwork, and brand assets stay your property, protected by NDA from the first conversation. We keep them on file only so your reorders are a phone call, not a project.
Do you help with FDA and regulatory compliance?+
Yes. We manufacture in an FDA-registered facility, and our compliance team handles facility and product registration. We also advise on the regulatory path for your category and your markets, including international filings.
Can you design the can and packaging too?+
Yes. Our in-house design team builds logos, can artwork, and outer packaging that are ready for retail. You can come to us with a finished brand, or with nothing but a name.
Where are you located, and can I visit the facility?+
We manufacture in South Florida, in the greater Miami area. Visits are welcome. Come see the line, meet the team, and hold samples in hand before you commit.
